Shipping
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days across India.
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (selectable at checkout).
- Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹500.
- A flat ₹100 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹500.
- Please allow 5–7 additional days for artisans to complete handcrafting before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Size exchanges are offered subject to availability.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, and 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return

Sign in and open 'My Orders' in your account.

Select the order and choose 'Initiate Return'.

Pick a reason and confirm — we'll arrange a pickup within 48 hours.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed.
